&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; مَن حَسُنَ بِرُّهُ بِأَهلِ بَیتِهِ مُدَّ لَهُ فى عُمُرِهِ؛\r\n\r\nهر کس به شایستگى در حقّ خانواده اش نیکى کند، عمرش طولانى مى شود.کافی ج2، ص105\r\n\r\nمقام و منزلت خانواده در نظام تربیتی و شخصیت سازی انسان جایگاه ویژه و ممتاز دارد و آن را باید محیطی مستعد برای پرورش نسلهای متدین خلاق و با انرژی در پیشرفت جامعه اسلامی و ایرانی دانست. خانواده این نهاد پر ارزش اجتماعی که بزرگترین پشتوانه تعالی جامعه محسوب می&zwnj;شود در درون خود به رکنی وابسته است که مظهر عقلانیت مبتنی بر علم و تجربه است و آن بازنشستگان در هر عرصه و جایگاه هستند.&nbsp;\r\nبازنشستگان عزیز دایره المعارفی از تجربیات و منظومه ای از توانمندی ها و سرمایه ای ارزشمند و ناب برای نسل های پس از خود هستند.&nbsp;\r\nبازنشستگان خردمندان جامعه اند\r\nاز این مسیر تکریم ایشان و احترام آنان رسالت همه افراد جامعه است. این مهم در دانشگاه شریف فرهنگیان نیز &nbsp;با توجه به نقش خطیر اساتید و پیشکسوتان تعلیم و تربیت جایگاه ویژه ای دارد.\r\n&nbsp;بر خویش به حضور این گنجینه ارزشمند می بالیم و فرصت را غنیمت شمرده و این روز بزرگ را تبریک عرض نموده و از خداوند متعال سربلندی و عزت سعادت برای این عزیزان مسئلت می نمایم.\r\n\r\n&nbsp;
